We were joined on this build day by Kate and James. The diary is sketchy – it looks like we tweeked the trail on the north east corner, adding what we call the “roller coaster” corner. We then moved down the east side cutting the trail to the pond and round the section there. Most of the route is still in use apart from one corner that was bypassed in the middle of the east side. The section near the pond was first surfaced in November 2009, various other bits were reinforced in March 2011 and the East side was finally surfaced in December 2011. |
