Cwmcarn is one of the big name trail centres in Wales. It’s located a few miles North of Newport. There’s a 14km cross country route called the Twrch trail. The cross country route is steep and regarded as quite difficult in terms of climbing however there is a forest drive you can also follow if the climbing on the trail is too much – so we will get everyone up there. THIS IS A LADIES RIDE so will be steady paced and will suit all the ladies who have been riding the trail with us recently.
Please bring snacks/picnic as we’ll have a little break before our descent. Ensure you bring clothing to suit all weather conditions – it can be wet and windy – it is Wales after all !!!!!!
