We had our biggest turnout yet: 18 riders showed their sub-beginner abilities* in another 3 lap tour of our trail. We’ve defintely proven how much fun the trail is and how much speed can be carried around in the dry. After several months of Friday night rides I’m still enjoying it. The trail is about half the fun after heavy rain though, something that we want to fix over the coming year.

*An armchair expert once described the trail as “sub-beginner” and the nonsensical aspect of this appealed to me.

As usual we visited our new club house, The Check Inn afterwards for a team de-brief.
