Ladies Swinley Shenanigans – 25th May 2014

10am meeting outside the visitor centre

The ride will be led by Swinley master Ania, who will take us through the forest to forage for food and cut up the trails for cake!

We will start at the visitor centre and the ride will be around 4-6hrs depending on how tired we are.

We will take lunch with us, as once we leave the visitor centre, we are in the back of beyond.

At the end of the ride, there is always some hot tea and yummy panninis and cakes, buttys and baps for the hungry work force back at the visitor centre/cafe.

Car parking is a pain sometimes at the forest as it is a free for all, so best to get their early, and there is a small charge for parking for the day.

The trails are novice friendly with no massive scary jumps (well certainly the route we will take) but for those who are very experienced/know the trail well, you can get up a lot of speed and have a lot of fun.

Directions:   Swinley Forest is South of Bracknell, off the B3430 from the  A322.  Take the Bagshot turn from the M3 and follow the signs for ‘The Look Out’.    Postcode (for Satnav or to put into www.multimap.com) is RG12 7QW.
