Photos: Swindon Road Club off-road
This was a ride organised by Swindon Road Club as part of their off-road series. Several MBSwindon members were present.
We followed a 34 mile route from Coate Water (out and back). The route took in the well known Barbury Castle, the old railway to Marlborough, a quick foray into Savernake and then bridleways to Aldbourne and Sugar Hill.
We called into the Sun Inn for lunch.
The river crossing was near Ramsbury.
