Now that the clocks have gone back, we’ll be changing the type of ride we do on a Wednesday night. Instead of heading up onto the Ridgeway, we will stick to cycle paths and minor roads.
The aim is to keep a degree of fitness over the winter without having to wash layers of mud off the bike late at night. Rides are typically 15-20 miles and take two hours to complete. All are welcome and no-one will be left behind.
You’ll need lights, a spare tube and a drink. Remember to wrap up warmly, too!
This week’s ride is led by Adrian Bubb and starts at the Wichel Inn, Wichelstowe. Be there and ready to ride at 7.00pm.
