Join Richard Burridge on a social ride out to visit & explore the Littlecoate Roman villa and mosaic. We will head out from Fox Hill, through Aldbourne and on to Ramsbury before taking some time to look around the site then head back.
The ride will be around 20 miles & there will be hills! (around 1600ft of them) but the reward will be some awesome views and nice descents. Nothing particularly technical and we won’t be in a rush either so don’t let the climbs out you off!
Possible cafe/pub stop at in Aldbourne on the return leg depending on how the group feel at the time, but come fuelled for the ride just in case we don’t stop.
9:30am start from the Fox Hill car park (https://w3w.co/factually.prevents.tortoises). Be there and ready to ride at 9.30am.
Expect 3hr+ with the easy pace, looking around the villa and possible return drink stop
