The Mighty Palminator (Gary Palmer) hosts this BIG day out. Starting in North Cerney (Bathurst Arms GL7 7BZ- park on the street if you can). It’s a good old XC loop taking in some pretty fine scenery around the area he was brought upon. Please note, it’ll be a big day out at nearly 33 miles with 3175ft of climbing, so is not suitable for novice riders. It’ll be a mix of bridleways and quiet country lanes.
Start time 9.30am, bit of faffing and then off we go. This will be a hard ride, but no-one is out to break any records so chill out! We will be going through some stunning countryside so let’s hope the sun is out! It will be an all day-er, no obvious cafes so bring plenty of sustenance… although we will be passing a few pubs, so if we get desperate we could call in.
Make sure you bring everything you need such as food warm clothing, spare tubes etc.
