Graham Burgess will be leading this week’s “Midweek Heart Breaker” ride starting at 7:00pm SHARP from COATE WATER by the Diving Boards (faffers please arrive early….)
You know the drill by now; turn up with no idea where you’re going, expect at least one or two tasty climbs and go home slightly broken but feeling grrrrrrrrrreat…..
Totally novice friendly with no difficult technical bits – just a couple of hours or so gently meandering through single track lanes, the odd bridleway and some hardpack gravel. Pace will be set by person at the back, no one will be left behind and plenty of “get your breath back” stops.
Front and rear Lights of a reasonable output level WILL be needed as most of route is unlit and also suggest a spare layer of clothing in case of any unforeseen stops and nights getting a bit chilly now.
Bring basic spares, drink and snack as appropriate
Aim to be back to Coate by 9:30 latest
