This week’s Urban Round is led by Andy Cook. Meet in the car park of the Morrison’s store in Eldene, ready for a 7.00pm start.
The urban round is a weekly evening ride of about 20 miles, which usually takes around 2 hours, and is mostly held on cycle paths and minor roads. Its aim is to help maintain a bit of fitness over the cold winter months. The ride is novice-friendly and no one gets left behind.
You’ll need lights (commuter lights are fine), a drink and a spare tube or repair kit.
