Tim Norris will be leading a ride on the edge of the Brecon Beacons in South Wales, taking MB Swindon on a 3rd outing to the Blorenge. If you’ve been on the ride before, you will spot a number of changes to the previous years’ rides as this time we will start at the foot of the Iron Mountain and will be climbing alongside the famous Tumble 400m road climb – not for the faint hearted!
We will visit the Punchbowl again before returning to our start point, descending on some new trails and and finally a gentle canal path ride to finish. Not as epic as last year’s ride but a good challenging climb that will test your legs.
Tim has finalised the arrangements for meeting up:
Let’s meet in the Castle Street Car Park, in Abergavenny.
The best postcode for Sat Navs NP7 5EE (The Castle itself).
There may well be a small parking fee, so car sharing or finding somewhere else to park are good options but l will be waiting in this car park from 09.30 for a 10.00 start.
